I am flying my daughter to Key West in the Searey from FMY on Wednesday morning. She is on vacation from her MD residency at Emory Hospital in Atlanta. Probably rent bicycles, go SCUBA diving or snorkeling and stay overnight...leaving early Thursday. Her birthday is Thursday.<br /><br />We always plan an 'adventure' when we get together. Any ideas , places to stay, dive boats, advisories are always appreciated...

Wayne you should look into the 1 day permits with a <br />national park service, flying into the dry tortugas <br />national park. That is a nice adventure. <br />You can also look up jet pack adventures, I did it. It is <br />awesome !<br />I've even purchased a jet pack after that. I'm sure you <br />guys will love that. <br />On your way down you should <br />drop in to tamiami airport. (KTMB). I can take care of <br />you guys on the fuel and give you some tips on <br />what to do down in key west. We have a FBO in tamiami. <br />Please feel free to call me if you wish. Tell you what if you want a wing man<br />I'll fly down with you and make my way back just for the <br />. just let me know if not I can also put a call into the guy <br />at the FBO in KW for you. Thanks, Luis! We will be flying down the west coast ...so we won't be going near TMB...although I would like to make that trip in the future...We will be leaving early(daybreak)...and the closest area to meet for 'wingman action' would probably be everglades city...I appreciate your gracious offer...I have copied your phone number and will give you a call regarding your Key West connection...last time they had a spot right in the front for me..but that was just luck. :-)
