Whilst visiting my son in Brazil we stayed at Salvador during our travels around the country. One day I heard the unmistakeable sound of a Rotax Pusher configured aircraft cruising down the coast. When I finally spotted the aircraft it was some distance away but it looked for all the world like a SeaRey. Now it could have been a similar 'ultralight' but it was definitely a pusher floating hull small SeaRey type aircraft.

So out of curiosity, my question is, does any one know of any SeaReys lives down in Brazil.

SeaReys are very rare in Brazil, in fact, to the best of my knowledge there is only Juan.

Here's some info from the CIA's web site:
Exploiting vast natural resources and a large labor pool, Brazil is today South America's leading economic power and a regional leader. Highly unequal income distribution remains a pressing problem.
