SPECIAL NOTICE: FAA TO ESTABLISH TFR OVER CAPE CANAVERAL ON THURSDAY AOPA is sending this message to advise pilots in and near Cape Canaveral, Florida, that the FAA has issued a notam restricting flight in the area for a space shuttle launch on Thursday, Feb. 7. If the launch is delayed, pilots should check notams for a later launch and flight restrictions.
