Looks like this one is shaping up to be a good fly-in. I've even ordered my tent and plan to make it my initiation to camping (hey, I'm starting with the low risk stuff).
http://www.tripletreeflyin.com/

I'm going down on Friday and camp until Sunday, IF it doesn't rain.

    Well,

I was looking forward to this all year, but now I don't have a searey to fly there....
I was going to fly a flightstar there anyway, but I also have the kids that weekend and also cant afford for Cheryl to take off of work, so I dunno...

If you there were a lot of you guys going and needed some base camp support, I suppose I would go since I'll be driving in and can haul a bunch of stuff...

Tony, From reading the web site, sounds like we won't need much beyond a sleeping bag and a tent. Appears that no body goes hungry. Sure would be good to see you there if you can swing it.

My tentative plan is to come up mid day Saturday and leave Sunday AM.

Don...Dennis...Tony...---...any other takers?

I can't make it, Jeff. There's a three-day folk music festival in Richmond that I'd damn well better go to with Carol. http://www.richmondfolkfestival.org/

The field is closed until Friday afternoon due to heavy rains. The website has info.

Dale just sent out another note saying, if they got no more rain tonight, they were going to open the field at 10AM tomorrow. Check their web site at 10 for an update.

    Thanks Gary,
I sent out a bulletin to my fly-in group.

BTW, I am probably going to fly in on Saturday in a Flightstar or Chinook UL and just stay for the day.
