Wasted a good part of today looking at this Swedish design ; http://www.flygfabriken.com/ I like the all composite construction and the tandem configuration but it does not look like it would have much room for baggage from what I can tell. Also I'm sure some of you will balk at the way the forward canopy opens but consider that a guy could egress out the rear cockpit swing up doors if he had sufficient presence of mind. It will be interesting to see if they bring the design over here.

That's cool, Randy! Has anyone tried that with a SeaRey? An A hull might be best on snow.

I've tried it a couple times on grass - but not on purpose.

Interesting, I do not like the landing gear and check out the size of that tail wheel. It would be rough on my grass strip with those little baby tires.

yeah....I blew up one of the photo's of the tailwheel and it doesn't even appear to be steerable, just free swiveling. The tailwheel tire looks more like a rollerblade wheel when you blow it up. Kit costs about $20,000 more than a searey before shipping. I don't think that Jabiru is gonna work for them in a pusher configuration either once they get a little south of Sweden. To date I don't think anyone has been able to get a Jab to work well in pusher mode because of cooling issues.
