The weekend of May 15th there will be a flyin splash for Seaplanes at Sodus Point East of Rochester. There is still room available so I thought to open it up to other Searey's. I am not in charge of the fly in but I just checked with the host (Scott Vanderwheel) and he ok'd the invite. Twice a year he opens up his home and rental units for all Seaplanes in the area. His property sits on a sliver of land between Lake Ontario and Sodus Bay. Usually about 20 planes splash into during the weekend. From a Gruman widgeon to Seabee's, Maules and Cessnas to Seareys show up. So let's see some Northern boys show up. The cost is just a donation for food and drink as he doesn't charge for the lodging.
