I have spoken to Bill Watkin, Dennis Vogan, Euclid Benoit and Dave Edward about an informal cross-country Gaggle after Oshkosh. I would think we might plan it sometime during the period August 10th to August 22nd. <br /><br />The idea would be to fly the Trent-Severn Waterway from Georgian Bay to Lake Ontario with a day's flying and overnight in Parry Sound or Midland, lunch at Elmhirst's Resort near Peterborough, overnight at Picton, followed by 1000 Islands tour with Dave Edward on the last day. <br /><br />Obviously three days and two nights is a very short Gaggle and we will have to be flexible on account of weather etc. <br /><br />If any folks must travel any distance or transborder, Ellen and I would be delighted to have you overnight with us in Shelburne so that we can all do the short hop to Georgian Bay together.<br /><br />

Sounds good to me. It would have to be after the 12th as we have our annual corn roast here at that time. Week of the 17th would be ideal. An eastern Gaggle to the 1000 Islands with possible stops in Gan and Brockville....even on to Iroquois.<br /><br />Who is interested.....food and beds available here at Turtle Cove.
