My SeaRey co-builder, Doug Campbell, died in a couple of years ago in July. His widow thought it would be cool if I took his ashes for a final flight in the plane we worked on together and lay them to rest in the Gulf of Mexico.

I don't know when our kit will get finished, or if I'll even finish it, but Eleanor ain't gettin' any younger.

I'd like to beg the help of any SeaRey pilots to accomplish this mission. The law requires going 3 miles offshore. I dunno how many have landed out there, but I'd think it's do-able. I can place the ashes in an eco friendly box that will disolve fairly quickly, but if the sea state isn't suitable for landing, it would hold together for an airborne toss overboard.

Anyone willing to help a Fellow SeaReyer to his final resting place?

Thanks!
