Once a year on the last Saturday in October, Glynn Starley (SAS Inc.) and Pete Counsell (Tailwheel Holding Company - owner & operator of Bob White Field) sponsor a fly-in at Bob White Field. The fly-in is open to all and you can arrive by airplane, helicopter, ultralight, car, truck, motorcycle, train, or just plain use your feet. Free hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, baked beans, desserts, & sodas are provided to all comers. This event is not normally advertised and awareness is usually spread by word of mouth. We get quite a few antique, vintage, & classic aircraft and even a few warbirds.

Plan on arriving by 11 AM. Visiting aircraft parking is on the south side of the field on the south taxiway and in the south run up area. There are no landing fees for attending the fly-in, for visiting SAS, or conducting other business at Bob White Field. We look forward to seeing you there.
