Many are adding an analog airspeed indicator to their SeaReys for a TLAR airspeed glance. Advanced Flight Systems offers a six-pack display option and and MGL offers a 'VFR panel' display of round dial airspeed and altitude (see the Feb Kitplanes page 36). <br /><br />There's a thread on the Dynon forum in the Suggestions section (Analog page thread) where people can add their comments. Dynon doesn't think it would be a useful option, if you think otherwise let them know.

I'm probably going to side with Dynon on this one Steve.<br />Even though a Dynon analog option might save weight I don't see it being as large, easy to read and it would not offer the simplicity or redundancy. IMHO..<br /><br />I sort of include this idea with the Skyview transponder and (eventually) communications option. If you have to switch screen pages why would you choose the hassle? Now a second Skyview display would be better, but call me cheap or old fashioned..
