Garner's Landing. We should be up and setting up by 9: AM Sunday. The weather sounds like it's going to be nice so if your flying in there should be a few Searey's out there headed this way just get on 123.375 and join in. When you get here I'll guide you in on the radio 123.375. Line up on me, about 20' out from the beach where I'll be standing are two red driveway type reflectors sticking up out of the water just taxi between them and onto some pieces of plywood I have down on the sand so it doesn't get beaten up too much.
Once your out of the water drive to the right of the big Garner's Landing sign into the yard and Burt Olson will help with parking your plane. If there are a lot of plane's you could get blocked in so if you need to fly while you're here tell Burt and he'll try to find you a spot where you can get out. If your not sure you gear is up to driving out pull up with the gear up and beach your plane to the right of me and we can check it before you try driving out just don't block the ramp if there are more planes landing. The neighbor's yard can also be used for parking.

If your driving in follow the signs as you drive into the neighborhood off of CR 655 or Berkley Rd onto Arietta Blvd. We're asking everyone to turn right at Eugena Drive off of Arietta Blvd and park on the right side of the street as close as you can to the our house. Please don't block anyone's driveway. There will be a couple of young ladies in gulf carts to help with parking and they'll be happily to give you a ride from your car. We share a driveway with our neighbor's and we'll need to keep that driveway clear of cars so it will be blocked off from parking. The guy that lives across the street from us on the corner will be unhappy if anyone parks on the grass around his house so just please avoid parking there. My cell phone is 863 559-3216 Lou's is 863 559-3215 if you have questions.

Should be fun see ya here.

Russ
Cool, Russ! Carol and I are lighting out in the morning, with a RON... um, somewhere along the coast.

KSSI. When we arrived at about 5:30, the line guy said, 'If you'll return it before about noon, you can keep one of the cars overnight.' The FBO lady said, 'Oh, it's been a busy day. We only have three courtesy cars left.' We got the white Suburban. The next people probably got the black one. Nice airport. Attachments:

How do you do a web cam?

Paulo Constantino - Mar 25,2011 Viewers | Reply
    Hi Thomas,
Because of my limited knowledge, I'm sure someone else can explain better. It's basically a web camera hooked up to a high speed internet access line and lots of magic : ) Also an internet address people can log on to. Pretty cool when done right.
I'm your neighbor directly across the lake on the eastern side of Arietta. I started construction of my Searey this week in Tavares, so would like to arrive Sunday by boat. Will there be a place I can beach my boat and not be in the way of your parking plan? Look forward to meeting you and all the other Searey folks. Thanks for your hospitality. John Denton

    Russ,
I want to thank you for the live feed. Although I couldn't make it this year, I felt included and really enjoyed being there through your camera. I had it on all day long and even when I wasn't watching I could still hear eveyone talking and felt like I was there. Very nice idea, Thanks again.
