Attached is the letter from the FAA received yesterday acknowledging the assignment of two frequencies for use with our SeaRey Central Seaplane base, 3FA8. They are: <p>122.975 – Common Traffic Advisory Frequency (CTAF) for use by pilots operating locally to the airport for traffic coordination. We share this frequency with the Tavares Seaplane base because only 2.5 miles separates us. The frequency had also been assigned to the Spruce Creek Airport and Merritt Island Airport. <p>123.375 – Unicom for use by associated traffic. This frequency has been used by the SeaRey community for many years in an unofficial capacity.
