M E D I A R E L E A S E<p>Tavares Reschedules Monster Splash Seaplane Fly-in<p>New Date - Saturday, November 3<p>The City of Tavares announces the cancellation of the Seaplane Fly-in originally scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 27. Weather reports for Saturday indicate unfavorable flying conditions and for the safety of the pilots and spectators, the event has been rescheduled.<p>The new date for the Monster Splash Seaplane Fly-in will be Saturday, Nov. 3 at Tavares Seaplane Base in Wooton Park.<p>For more information contact the Tavares Seaplane Base & Marina, 352.742.6267.<!-- >'"><br><font color=red size=6>' or > missing in user HTML. Sandy is passed us by but her windy departure lingered for days. Today the winds are gone for the most part here in central Florida and Saturday looks to be a beautiful day for some Searey fun. Hope to see you all tomorrow a Tavares.
