 Last year’s Georgian Gaggle was a washout. We couldn’t even get Dennis’ plane out of Shelburne! But Gerhard from Germany enjoyed some great flying prior to and after the Gaggle and we did get to meet Chris & Lisa Leng and his mom who journeyed by car from Niagara on the Lake. Dennis and I will now be permanently based at Midland-Huronia Airport, CYEE, where we’ll provide wonderful logistical support to all you new SeaRey owners heading for Georgian Bay  So plan to arrive here right after Oshkosh: Monday, August 5th and depart Saturday, August 10th. We’ll have tie-downs, hotel accommodation and great restaurants waiting for you. Just say you’re coming! As Kevin says “I’m in for some of the most scenic flying in the north!”

OK Folks, the Gaggle Dates have changed: Monday, August 5 to Friday, August 9th. This better accommodates Rob Richardson and others who are joining this year's "Fly Georgian Bay!" (see above) <p> We also are able to get better rates during the week at the Best Western Innand Conference Centre.<p><img src="inline/10085-Hotels.jpg" alt="Hotels"><p>So far, five rooms with Double Queens have been pre-booked in my name. The Georgian Bay Gaggle is just over two weeks away! I have just updated the Attendee List (above). If the Gods smile on us we'll have a great turnout!<br /><br />Most have booked with the understanding that they can cancel or modify a day ahead and/or while on the way to Midland. Contact the Best Western 705 526-9307. <br /><br />Without CANPASS, Plan to arrive on the Monday or Tuesday. Best Western rates jump to CA$134.99 on Friday (August 9th) so if that gives you heartburn you can head out on Friday or switch to a lesser hotel <br /><br />Remember, if you get stuck somewhere, give me a call on my mobile phone: 705 279-5243. We will have adequate shuttle transport in any case.<br /><br />Panning a Barbeque at our Wasaga Beach Condo Wednesday night.
