He shoved it right up in’na my face!

“Do you have any comment about the proposed beach restoration?”

“I’m again’ any mo beeches.”

“No, not bitches…I SAID BEACH!”

“Hold on ‘er sec and let me pull these here ear muffs off’n.”

“Ok, so what do you think about the beach restoration project being proposed by the City of Tavares?”

“I like beaches.”

So here’s the link to their broadcast. They left out the good part about invasive grass species, giant boa constrictors and illegal space aliens.

Did anyone get the tail number of that low flying Searey?

(I hope not.)

Attachments:

Just charge those rich seaplane pilots a beaching fee and you can have a nice sandy beach in no time.

Did you have to join the Screen Actors Guild? Good show
Dan!

Nice looking landing, Dan. Did you take that snake for a ride? Or the reporter?

How about beaches and bitches. Trade snakes for bikinis. Good investment and
recreational attraction.

Why does that have to be expensive? The rich soil has to be valuable in Florida. Don't engineer it to death, scrape, sell the soil and done.

It would be nice if they cleaned up the beaches. That is one of the reasons why I do not go to their fly-ins. One is they usually have the ramp closed for bigger sea planes and rides and the other is the big snakes. I have walked out on the dock and looked in the grassy area and seen those big snakes. A cleaned up beach will help them attract more seaplanes.

I don't know why the 'anti's' would object to recreating the Traveres's beach. I made good use of the beach for an overnight at the Lakeside Inn down the way at Mt Dora. I was not so much worried about snakes, but the lurking gators (see red arrow).

Dan, your nice visuals, landing, and interview style is why you made the nightly news and will be what the viewers will take away, not he whinny reporter's rant about costs. . Attachments:
