Hey Russ looking forward to yet another great fly-in at your place. I was wondering if your neighbor would mind if an R-22 landed in their back yard. I have a friend that might be interested in attending but needs a place to land. I know you have a good size field to the north but don't see a place to cross the little canal. Let me know. Should be fine but I'll check with them and let you know. There's more room in the cow pasture and I have a boat to pick them up, we just need to feed the cows something better than a helicopter.

Charles, I got the green light for your friends helo to land nextdoor. When he comes in I'll make sure no ones plane is were it could get blown around. Have him monitor 123.375 and plan on landing as near the lake as he can in my neighbors backyard. Goggle just updated Goggle Earth with street view of my neighborhood so it should make it easier to fined the house for those driving in.

John, it's up to you guys but if you're going to eat I'd put in $10 each kids under 12 free. The donation can will be on the kitchen table. Water's cheap and I have a whole lake full of it. Beers on the house!!!

well if im lucky enough to fly in then no beer for me but if i drive in then i might consider <br />having a couple with ya after the festivities end. i just remember paying $40 for my fiance <br />and I and wanted to make sure that I brought cash. I am usually paperless with a debit <br />card.

Have to be very careful mixing 900lb airplanes with hovering Helios. I've personally witnessed a helo <br />just about flip over a 172 that was parked.

Thanks Russ, I will let him know if that he has the green light. I will give the heads up but <br />should not be a problem with the rotor wash and the Searey. I visited him today and <br />parked near his hanger and we took a flight in the R-22 and where my plane was parked <br />there was about 15 feet and my Searey barley moved. Really looking forward to Sunday.
