Looks like the Tavares, FL Planes, Tunes & BBQ featuring Seaplane-A-Palooza (City Event) Saturday, April 2, 2022 is scheduled. Anyone planning to go? If so, could I beg, borrow or steal a ride in a SeaRey during the weekend? My bird is still out of commission and haven’t flown one in 5 years. Not too many of them here in Tenn. I’ll be more than willing to pay (“Share”) the expenses.      Attachments:

I am heading there from Texas with 3 Searey's and a Super Cub. You can catch a ride from one of us for sure.

Seaplane A Palooza 2022 has been unfortunately postponed due to forecast thunderstorms 4/1 and 4/2. New dates will be
announced...

Hey Wayne! I was hoping to embarrass myself in some of the flying competitions.

Mike, I heard that you were going to use that top secret bomb site that was used in World War II for the bomb drop?

Mike Walters - Apr 02,2022   Viewers  | Reply
Absolutely! I'd use anything to help MY flying skills. Interesting you mention the NORDEN bomb site. My father was in command of a
B-17G which crash landed in Bulltofta, Sweden, June 21 1944. He and the bombardier almost immediately smashed the bomb site.

VERY interesting Mike! My son in law's family is from Sweden. I hope they helped your father after the landing.

They have it scheduled now for Saturday. I won't be there but my wife is down. I told
her to take pictures for me
