My guess is he had already breached a non-compete after working at Progressive and it was a bloodless coup because a Chinese
lawyer sent him a letter about owning his future profits vs a buyout. It was certainly a vaporware airplane. The older I get, the more
sensitive my “greasy salesman†radar gets.
