Good job Brian, couple of questions:

What is the object sitting on the glare shield in front of passenger seat? GPS antenna?
Is this a GoPro or, how do you fasten and unfasten camera to mount with one hand?
There is a clicking sound during much of the video; source?

Landing seemed excellent to me!

The red thing on the glare shield is a http://gps.dualav.com/explore-by-product/xgps150a/
The video is taken with a gopro with the mount it came with, squeeze the tabs on the mount an push a little and it pops off.
Not sure what that clicking sound it, probably something with where its mounted. I was amazed how much quieter the video is when I removed it for the pan around.

I was hoping you'd say the "red thing" was the gps for iOS (and other devices). I made the mistake of buying an iPod Mini without
the cell phone and months later when getting around to set it up in the airplane for nav found that the GPS chip does not come with
my model. Thanks to poor Apple advertising. So I've been looking for this "red thing". Are you pleased with it Brian?

I am, provides a very accurate position source for the iPad or phone. Just not both at the same time. In hindsight I think I would
have got the 170 model for traffic and weather but then again I will need a full Ads-b solution being under the NYC class b.
