Dave Lima posted this link with the title "Don't know who made this video, but it's pretty kool."

The link on that post doesn't work, and it's apparently not possible to reply to it. So here's the link:

It's my video guys, and I'm glad to hear you enjoyed it. I posted it up on the Facebook Searey pilots page awhile back as well.

I use a similar mount to get video of the some of the watersports I do, and so I build another one to fit the bow angle of the SeaRey.
It attaches to the bow eye, and simply provides a mount forward of the nose to capture the entire wingspan with a standard GoPro.

If you look at other videos on that channel you'll find a couple of boat video's with a similar vantage point.

Peter, great work & thanks for the tutorial. I'll be making the trek to Fla in a couple of weeks and hope to try out these techniques.

Anytime Paul. I had posted it in a group online as their was some discussion that some folks were not aware of the tracking
capabilities. If you use Foreflight on your iPad you can actually open it "into" the google earth app directly from the list of track logs
in Foreflight, but if you wait and open it on the computer you have total control to view the tracks from any angle, distance or zoom.
