Does any of the Florida Gang know of a hotel on the water near lake Agnes that I can park my Rey during Sun N Fun. Hope to have my REy back in the air by then and don't want to bathe in Lake Agnes anymore. Since they took the showers away the only way to clean up was on the ramp in the water. So a real shower would be enticing nearby and be close to the event .

Kevin, Glad to hear that your Rey will be back in the air soon. Enjoy!

Hey Kevin, great that you are getting your Rey back in the air.

I can't make it to Florida this year, but I will be around and more than happy to facilitate fuel (I have lots of Ethanol free high
test auto on site), meals, accommodations etc. Let me know if you will be passing through going or coming. Would be great to
see you.

If all goes well, will be heading north April 25th. Will let you know if passing by.

Kevin, you're welcome here, too, if you take the scenic route along the coast.

    Thanks Don
You never know where the wind will blow us. Might be three Reys heading north. New Searey owner Scott Alperin and Chuck Cavanaugh

I'll be a fourth flying north about the same time. At Tavares and PA for the weekend, then my conditional, and hopefully some Sun n
Fun.

HI Buck - just caught this- did you ever get up north? I was weathered out so next chance is May 14 for me to try again. But the good thing is I finally finished the rebuild and worked out the bugs over a few days of flying till I had to head home via southwest

Hi Keven - I flew north on Thursday and spent the night on the James River with Don to stay ahead of the weather. It was the end of
a two week journey and I needed to get back to work. I didn't make it to Sun n Fun, but had fun and got the plane ready for summer
flying. There is a splash in on Lake Anna VA on the 16th if you are passing through. Expect we'll have a few Seareys joining the
Seabees. I am at St Mary's airport near Patuxent River NAS. Lots of fun water, but all brackish. Good hose and I have Salt-away at
the airport if you come this way.

I was looking at the fly in- will give ET a call to let him know that I might stop in. It all depends on the weather. I will have a 4 day window to get home so hopefully the timing will work out to see you guys Saturday.

Or Sunday, Kevin. On Saturday there's a fly-in at Keith Brittle's pretty grass field 2.2 miles north of our place. All airplanes welcome that don't mind 2,000 feet of well-maintained turf with trees at one end.

Sounds like a great weekend. Saturday at Keith's by Don on the James. Sunday at Lake Anna. And maybe a guest appearance by
Kevin.

And the James River 13 nm south of KFCI has fresh water.

Oh the joys of fresh water.

Sorry, Buck. I think yours is clearer, though.
