Description:   This Monterrey landmark is known as Cerro de la Silla. Diego said it is so named because it looks like a horse saddle.

It didn’t look much like a saddle to me. It looked like seriously uplifted strata with a less erosion resistant lithology sandwiched between two hard layers; sorta like the old saying 'being between one hard rock and another hard rock.'
