Date Posted: Jul 25, 2008 Description: The last hope for a timely repair was a shop in northern Michigan. When I finally contacted the owner, he agreed to look at the airplane the next day. Based on my description of the problems, he concluded that the problem was associated with the antenna cable. It would be no quick fix. “Maybe a day or two.” And the forecast was for deteriorating weather. After consulting with Randy, I reluctantly took the airplane back to its new home base to await a better day. Georgian Bay slipped out of reach. Heavy sigh. As they say in ground-based sports, 'Just wait 'til next year!' Date Taken: Jul 25, 2008 Place Taken: Berrien Springs, MI Owner: Dan Nickens File Name: New_Home.jpg - Photo HTML
