Date Posted: Jul 5, 2020 Description: Paul Armstrong is a float plane instructor and used our dock here in Picton for training purposes. This past week, he did a 3 hour ride in this C-185 with an IO 520...MCAuley 3 bladed prop and on amphibs. He wanted me to see the set up at this ' cottage ' where the plane spends summertime. The Hyd lift platform has a wireless remote the owner can activate while taxiing in or from inside the cottage....enlarge the pic to see his neighbours 'cottages '. A bubble machine for his boat house and lift negate winter freeze up problems. John Dunlop is searching for property in the area////me too ! Sigh !
