Very cute. Diagram of the sleigh shows a portable CB radio so I'll just let Don Maxwell comment on the authenticity of the document. Ho Ho Ho

Harrumph! The copyright date of the "Sleigh Flight Manual" is not evident. However, most of its pages bear the heading of "Air Ministry / June 1947" so we may assume that that establishes some sort of time frame.

The Wikipedia entry on CB Radio gives a succession of CB radio bands' establishments, but states clearly, "On September 11, 1958[3]:?14? CB service class D was created on 27 MHz, and this band became what is commonly known today as "Citizens Band". Therefore, if we may assume that the sleigh's "CB" is what we now recognize as CB radio dates to 1958, and therefore the "Flight Manual" is either anachronistic, or it refers to some earlier enactment of "CB."
