A man was walking down the street when he was accosted by a particularly dirty and shabby looking homeless man who asked him for a couple of dollars for dinner.

The man took out his wallet, extracted ten dollars and asked, "If I give you this money, will you buy some beer with it instead of dinner?"

"No, I had to stop drinking years ago," the homeless man replied.

"Will you spend this on SeaRey parts instead of food?" the man asked.

"Are you NUTS!" replied the homeless man. "I haven't even seen a SeaRey up close in 10 years!"

"Well," said the man, "I'm not going to give you money. Instead, I'm going to take you home for a shower and a terrific dinner cooked by my wife."

The homeless man was astounded. "Won't your wife be furious with you for doing that?

The man replied, "That's okay. It's important for her to see what a man looks like after he has given up both drinking and working on his SeaRey."

Yak!

¿¿ What does this have to do with seareys and splashing??

Administrator note: I found nothing about seaplanes in the video and therefore must agree that it is irrelevant to the mission of Splash and Dash.

Its veracity is also doubtful. It seems more like rabble-rousing than serious reporting. The video is one-sided and focuses almost entirely on one man, identified as "Chris Harris. He is with the National Border Patrol Council….” The National Border Patrol Council is apparently a union. It has a website at http://www.bpunion.org/index.php/about-nbpc . Nothing about seaplanes there, either.

On the other hand, this IS the Joke section of Splash and Dash, so maybe the video is justified here.

The other site administrator is somewhere in the South Pacific just now. Until we can confer after he has a chance to examine the video and contemplate its placement in Jokes, it will remain in place--but with the following antidote:
