Looks like a great campsite, Shannon. Any idea how many planes flew into Tripletree?

I wud have enjoyed the spectacle of seeing that many arrivals and departures Shannon, but I share a phobia with Ric Flair. The only thing that scares me is a town without a nice hotel.

There were 200 the overnighted and a steady stream came in starting at 7am until 2:30pm eclipse. They filled up the whole East side of the field. According the Triple tree veterans, a lot but less than the latest Triple tree sept weekend fly in.
There were three SeaReys there

Myself, Curt Chana, Rob Reiche, Gary Johnson, Jon Ladd and Bill Furr flew Six Seareys into Triple Tree the first year they started it. What a GREAT event. An 8000 foot Golf course runway to land on. Free Beer, great food and even better Southern Hospitality!! A pilots dream come true!
