Description: Here we are in totality. It is darker than it looks because the camera compensated for the darkness. It was a way cool once in a lifetime experience

    What a great experience, Jeff.

This is the best view of the eclipse from SW Fl.

It was pretty good on the ground near Clemson, Jeff--but I'm glad you were able to watch from that high.

There was one point during our climb when we were at 3600 feet, 5500 rpm, and were not climbing. At that point, ET asked ""What is the service ceiling of a Searey?"" to which I responded ""3600 feet"".

Actually got up to 10,500. Undoubtedly the highest altitude I have ever been in my Searey (after 15 years)
