Description: On a budget....water front, back and sides! He anchors there
(permanently) and told me he only has a boat decal because it is
"just a boat!" He sells bait (probably has a permit for that)

This is a favorite Bait and Tackle and Snack Shop on the so-called "Miserable Mile" (locally named because it's a narrow,
long, and crowded channel). A new addition this year are the 'mannequins' place on and around the roof looking like
workers ( I would assume). No SeaRey has yet visited this facility by water Wayne. Just a fact, not a suggestion.

When I first saw them from 1/2 mile in my boat Wayne, I thought they were real workers on the metal roof on a (typical) hot Florida
day. I wondered aloud how they could stand the heat. Now I know: they are frozen in place.

I have not ""scoped his toilets"" Ken, so not sure. :-)

Probably a boat holding tank?
