Looking forward to seeing some Searey friends at Lilys on the Lake this Saturday. This is their first Fly-In and they are hoping for a nice turnout. Details are under the previous headline... Jim Walton at Ft Myers. Weather looks good. See you there.

I wud like to see it also John. I think the drone operator is with the Seaplane pilots association. I am not a member of the spa
but will ask Dave who organized the fly-in where we can view it. Nice turnout with about a dozen Seareys and 4 or 5 floatplanes.
Great that the FT Myers squadron made the trip up.

Hey Bill! Do you recognize this guy! It was a great splash-in. Challenging wind and waves early on , but the "seas" calmed down as
the day progressed...................................oh well, the picture didn't load.....will try again tomorrow.

The food was great at Lillies' and the camaraderie was even better! The whole town turned out! ( ok, they also had their annual
Christmas parade at the same time, which MAY have added to the fantastic turnout! :-)

I took this picture from the pier....Birds of a feather flock together! It was fun sailing into shore. It was even cooler that we all sailed
in that close together in the wind and waves and managed to keep all "feathers" intact! :-)
