Yes Don the lakes have been for awhile and we're in the rainy session getting a lot of rain in the afternoons.
That's what it was Robert, a drone with a brand new Gopro 3+black on the bottom of it. The drone has three
modes to fly in, you take off in manual mode and switch over to hoover mode once your at the altitude you
want to stay at. I don't know if you can see it very well but there was about 10 ducks running around in the
yard and I was try to drop down a little to get closer to them when the drone lost altitude faster then I thought
it would sending the camera into the lake. Don Laughlin was landing in his Searey at the same time.
When Don left I tried the camera and it wouldn't come on so I thought it was a goner but I through in a bowl
of uncooked rice, dried it out and it works fine.

Cool catch blasting out as she dunked. You were just swatting that fly off eh? Glad the rice worked to save the camera.

I guess the drone is waterproof too?

Nice video tho Russ. The hover mode was surprisingly stable I thought.
