Nice, but I'm more of a PBM guy. My 93 year-old, still flying, hangar neighbor flew both in WWII. His buddy, from the same town (Ocean City, NJ), was one of the two PBY pilots to land and rescue the survivors of the Indianapolis.
How many WWII, seaplane pilots do you think are still flying? I'm humbled to say I'm friends with one.

Hi Peter,
This isn't available on Amazon but I'd really be interested in viewing it if you know of another source.

A little concept art when I was trying to figure out my scheme. I've decided not to do the BabyCat scheme, but it would be fun to do. Another builder did his in the pre-WW2 scheme and it looks great.

I like the blue one best, Steve--although dark grey would look more like the Black Cats. I had the Cat paint in mind for mine, but in the end wanted to go flying and took a quick, easy shortcut (leave the hull unpainted and slap on do-it-myself vinyl for color) that I thought at the time suggested the Cats. I'd go with the blue today, though, because it's a good, warm color.

The guys across the taxiway bought an old Widgeon with a WW 2 history, they're restoring it back to the white/lt blue/blue paint scheme, Don, so it's a good thing OspRey will have her own unique one, she won't look like a wannabe. Still a cool paint scheme, Joe Friend's SeaRey in pre-WW2 yellow looks great.
